Taking a look at this transfer list, it seems to me to be the most impressive collection of incoming transfers that I’ve seen in some time; there are a couple McDonald’s All-Americans on this list, several top 50 recruits, and many seem to be making lateral (i.e. big conference) moves rather than heading the mid-major route which seemed the plan of attack for transfers for so long. It’s also interesting to see Tyrone Shelley (otherwise known as Rico Tucker’s cousin) land at San Diego State.

Some claim that Rick Stansbury is the shadiest coach in the SEC (consider that for a moment). He got some good news on one of his major recruits yesterday, it’ll be interesting to see if the NCAA clears Renardo Sidney also:
