Where does Kill stand with solid and soft comittments for this years class?? Thanks

Yeah, he apparently loved his trip there this past weekend. Not sure how anyone could love that armpit of a campus, but oh well.

Yeah, I was sort of expecting this. I thikn Lacosse could be a very good player too, so it's disappointing.

are those better or worse than Currelevent Commits?
 

Why would you want to play for zook? He is a lousy coach who will be gone after next year. Bad move matt.
 

One of the kids from his high school just committed to Illinois so that may have something to do with it.
 

LaCosse is a high school QB who may move to TE at the next level. The TE in Kill's offense is pretty much an extra offensive tackle. That may have something to do with the change of commitment.
 




sounds like most of the players are still solid on the U, but rivals lists haughton james and vann as soft verbals, while recently changing mike moore from a soft verbal to a solid. Haughton james and vann are being courted by sunbelt and mac schools, I think vann recently visited central michigan and might be heading there. But only losing 3 players wouldn't be too terrible imo. Haughton james is not one of the better oline verbals that we have so far. Lacosse is a tough loss i think especially to illinois, but hardly devastating, like someone said Rohr is still on board and Westerhaus if Kill wants him at te. Vann seems like a real good prospect to me, but the major conference teams aren't really on his tail, so maybe he isn't all that great. And we do have some other LBs committed.
 

Any one new Kill pursuing not on that list? Been a lot of coaching changes so I'd guess opportunities to add to the list - yes/no?

Me too. I thought we got Billy Currtent, 6-10, 220lbs, QB (Key West, FL) 8 stars, rivals; 4.5 stars scout.
