If I were betting, I'd definitely take us and MSU at the stated odds. Wouldn't touch OSU at 2/5.

I'd definitely take the over on that. We get to 5 just by beating directional Illinois, San Jose State, Middle Tennessee, 0-8 Purdue, and 1-7 Illinois. That leaves us needing to go 2-6 against the rest of the competition (including a potential bowl game) to beat the over under. We should certainly be able to find 2 wins out of 8 chances against a group that includes a road game against a 2-7 Big 12 team, a home game against 1-7 Northwestern, and a road game against 3-5 Michigan.

We could beat 6.5 by only beating our weak small conference opponents and our major conference opponents who had conference winning percentages below 23% last year.
