The Minneapolis and St. Paul share of all metro-wide homes sales hit a six-year high in the 12 months ended June 30, the report from the Minneapolis Area Realtors (MAR) said. And for most of those months, the sales action in the cities outpaced the suburbs, where far more people in the Twin Cities region live.

But while more people sold homes in the cities, they were met by higher numbers of buyers — quashing concerns of an exodus from Minneapolis and St. Paul.

But then you have to live in swamppy, shit-stain Florida.

For $5k? Doesn't seem worth it ...

You aren't getting into any of the actually nice beach communities, unless you're rich. The rest is shit.

'MericaNow.com? Sounds like an a very patriotic source....
Howie cares about sources again.
It’s being reported from multiple sources that over a dozen from NYPD have taken police jobs in Lakeland alone - and about the $5K bonus. So, what does this source not have that FLCL, the beekeeper, and Mueller, She Wrote have? DHB

Where they will get a hell of a lot more in their paychecks because of less taxes. Lot of folks leaving New York. Cops are getting a little extra bonus for doing so

DeSantis solving problems like a real leader does. 2024!
Honestly, it's a brilliant move by DeSantis for a number of different reasons. Very very savvy, tons of upside and virtually no downside, and obviously a politically savvy move, while sticking it to NY at the same time. Very smart

Not "hell of a lot more", but yes "some more".

At the cost of a much lower quality of life.

Florida is shit, unless you're rich and can live in a rich (beach) community.

Pay for pretty much every job will be alot lower in Florida.
Quality of life, Walter. You're too young and dumb to understand this at this point but for a lot of people, quality of life matters. You'll understand someday

He reads it while draining a 6er and listening to Toby Keith on 10 - shoot I can hear it where I live.

It’s ~a baker’s dozen NYPD cops leaving out of a force of over 30k - so obviously statistically insignificant.

They also spelt it as the New York Cities police department in the article - who knew there was more than one? Or maybe they’re hacks that have no editing 🤣🤪. Or maybe they’re a contender for The Pulitzer? Or maybe it was a publicity stunt by a hack politician to boner up his Toby Keith listening base?

more than one odd the above can be true!
