Cory Joseph

Couldn't be happier to have him...Program is on the uprise...Brother plays for the team...I actually like our odds...Espn shows our logo on his list of interested schools as number 1...I don't know if that means anything or not.

I think ESPN tries to list them in order of where they're most interested, but it's hard to keep up with and he hasn't publicly announced a favorite. Jay Wright is a great coach and Villanova would be a great fit for Cory, but given the amount of established guards they have, I would personally be a little surprised if he went there. If UConn gets Knight and Bradley stays at Texas I think that would significantly improve our chances. Regardless of who leaves and who goes where though we still have a very good chance. When a player's mom admits she's leaning towards him coming here and his brother is already here you have to feel at least somewhat confident.

I agree Villanova would be a great fit with Foye going to the NBA, and Scottie Reynolds NBA bound as well...Wright knows how to coach his guards and would be a huge beneficiary in Cory's quest to the NBA...Little is known to my knowledge about where Knight stands...I would expect to know more the week before signing...Bradley will likely leave Texas especially if they win the whole thing...The kid has the talent to play in the NBA next season. I would say that are odds are about 55-60 percent...I would think if Knight commits to UCONN Cory will probably sign here...Bradley probably will not make a decision on the NBA until after the season...well publicly announce it that is.

I doubt Bradley leaves Texas, actually. He's had a good freshman season, but he's not going to go in the lottery at this point, and he's always going to be a tweener, regardless of how good he becomes.

UConn is a big question mark right now, with the possibility that Calhoun is done or almost done coaching, and Brandon Knight could sign there (he's either going there or Kentucky)

Villanova scares me a bit, but I still like our chances. Not only could he start and be a leader from day one, but he could play alongside his brother, and the media would eat up the Joseph and Joseph backcourt.
