Scout is showing that Mike Moore has verbaled to the U. Keep the Skyline pipeline open!

Scout has him as a 2* and Rivals a 4*. I think that averages out to 3*. Another LB in the fold.

I really like the way this class is starting to shape up.
 




ESPN/Scouts shows him as 77 a solid 3 star.

That´s what MV seems to think is happening. I like this recruiting class so far a lot. With so many core needs taken care of Brew can spend the season and post-season solidifying the skill positions (and hopefully, finding that elusive top notch RB).

Not sure how I feel about the 3-4, but I won´t worry about that one for quite some time...

Or considering he had an offer from Iowa State and also visited there on his trip...Ames.
 


The only comments on color that are welcome is whether a kid will look good in Maroon and Gold. If they meet the three goods, good athlete, good student and good person they're welcome.

Scary thing is that bankonit claims to be a school teacher! I wonder if he is passing on his great nuggets of wisdom to our youth?

He is not a 4-star at Rivals. He has no ranking on Rivals at this point. He had offers from three other BCS schools - Kansas State, Kentucky, and Iowa State.

I know!! And the worst part is: I think that he earlier made a post stating that he teaches at Minnehaha Academy, where I went from 7th-12th grade quite a few years ago. I honestly find that hard to believe.:(

Yes, bankonit claimed to be the 8th grade teacher of future Gopher Devin Crawford-Tufts in this thread last month.

I don't understand all the effervescence re: the "pipeline." What if we land nothing but 2-stars with no other offers from Skyline for the next 10 years. Are those exciting recruits because they are from a "pipeline" from Skyline. We have whiffed on every highly recruited Skyline player since we landed those four back in 2008. Not saying Mike Moore is a bad player or anything, but pipeline shmipeline IMO.

What year did you graduate? I went 6-12 and graduated in 2003.

I hope he doesn't teach at MA; I doubt he does as there isn't a lot of turnover there and I can't think of any likely candidates. Also, that would really be an indictment on the hiring practices of our school!
 

So, he's still not on rivals committment list. Don't like it. They're usually not that slow.

Rivals is showing Moore as a 4-star... that works for a pipeline to me, Petey.
