I did see the earlier announcement, but nothing wrong with posting something - just in case it came inunder the radar screen.

Of note to me is that in a review of Syracuse's six home games last year, the breakdown was as follows:

Akron: FSN- Ohio
Penn State: ABC Regional
Northeastern: none
Pitt: ESPN Regional
Louisville: ESPN-U
Connecticut: ESPN-U

So, I think it is pretty likely that the Syracuse game will be broadcast on either ESPN Regional or ESPN-U. The Big Ten Network only gets rights to home games of BT teams, so they will definately not be carrying it.

There won't be any question as to whether the remainder of our away games will be viewable form the Twin Cities.

Do we know when it will be added? As well as the NFL Network??

if you click on the link in the OP it goes to an espn press release. i believe it said in time for the start of the football season, but it was late when i read it so i am not 100% sure.

in regards to comcast adding the nfl network to the expanded basic cable lineup and taking it off their extra fee sports tier......i have no clue.

They said both would happen prior to football season, so probably late August.
