Colt vs RS

Can somebody explain to me why Tubby gives Sampson 30-40% more PT than Colt? Sure Iverson is rough around the edges but he puts his heart into it and leaves it on the floor. RS has shown no improvement over last year, is timid and looks like he wants no part of the action.

Most of the year, besides a couple of games they both look pathetic. My friends and I have this discussion at most games, when Ralph looks so flat (to put it nicely) out there why does he stick with him?

A promise to his father? Tubby just favors Ralph? No clue.
