9. Minnesota Golden Gophers
Thank you, schedule maker! The Golden Gophers go from the No. 59 team in my 2015 experience rankings to No. 76 in 2016, but get the benefit of a full bowl practice schedule and avoid Ohio State, Michigan and Michigan State from the East. Last year, they had to overcome their coach stepping down in the middle of the year, and a 1-5 slide down the stretch. I expect the Gophers to get to a bowl in 2016.
