Makes some sense to see if there is any interest while there is no coach in place here. If the new coach wants him, he could still return. I wouldn't be too surprised if Frank Mitchell did something similar.

Yeah, not from the area so may as well put himself out there and see what options are available. Can always come back when the new coach is announced if there is mutual interest.

What's everyone's favorite Cochran moment? Mine is the 0 turnovers for the entire season, I did NOT see that coming
On a team that struggled with consistency you could count on Cochran to provide the exact same stat line every single night. That kind of consistency is tough to come by these days :)

my biggest disappointment was not being able to watch a 6'3" 225lb Cohran playing next to a 6'3" 180 Rigsby

I get that its the nature of the game these days but I find it sad that a player who was probably healthy and good to go and start playing in January as was originally reported decided to just hang it up for the season and not see what he could actually do to help the team out. Just sat out got that free education, training, food and stipend and bolts.

Unless you have some inside info, you don’t know that he was cleared to play. Even at this juncture of the season, I’ve never heard them declare him healthy to play.

If a tree falls in the forest and no one is around to see it, does it really make a sound?

Can anybody actually confirm he was on the team this year?
