Coble speaks about reason he's not playing

Seems like an odd explanation. Certainly Northwestern would bring a staff of trainers on the Italy trip. One would think that any course of treatment Coble was receiving could be continued or done on his own for a week.
 

He didn't like being forced to go on an all expenses paid trip to Italy and that's why he quit? Dude's got some issues.
 

Something doesn't add up here. I anxiously clicked on the link to finally find a reason why he wasn't playing this season. But a dispute between Carmody and Coble about an overseas pre-season trip, where Coble claims he wasn't ready to play due to injury and Carmody says he just walked into the office one day and said "I quit." ???

Something smells fishy and it sure ain't Cobles sweaty gym socks.
