Maybe the ref heard a bleep. Hard to know what is being said on the floor but just watching the body language before the call seemed like typical bantor to me...

Barlow snatched the ball from Cobbs and shoved him before the inbounds he got t-'d up on. Cobbs didn't like it and muttered something the ref didn't like.
