What last week practice must have been like:
1) Working with Weber on third and shorts, specifically throwing balls 4 yards into the ground to wide open receivers 5 yards away. Also working on rolling out and throwing screwballs to wide open receivers and teaching those receivers to then drop the ball.
2) Working with Decker and Lair on dropping balls that hit them in the hands and/or chest.
3) Teaching Small how to properly personal foul. I'm sure this takes up a huge chunk of practice time, teaching these guys how to hit late. I'm sure Brewster and his staff have burned through a lot of chalk on these.
4) Teaching Stoudamire to run full speed and attempt to catch a kickoff while diving,
5) Teaching the right and left tackle the best techniques for escorting defensive ends to our quarterback.
6) Teaching our defensive ends the longest possible route between them and the opponents QB.
