I love this but in the back of my mind I wonder if an injection of new blood would be beneficial from both a coaching and recruiting perspective. Likely a grass is greener perspective but something that lingers in my mind.

Why? They are loyal to him, he is loyal to them, and together they have a damned good history.

The loyalty of Kill's staff has been awesome and is not a common occurrence in athletics these days. That being said the true test still won't come until they have sustained success at the Big Ten level and the high profile jobs start calling. Until that happens these guys have had little to no reason to leave, they are have worked for a coach that is very loyal to them and has been moving up the food chain taking them with him from place to place.

Sigh.

We just went from 3 wins to 6 wins and now 8 wins. The program is on the rise and is getting attention. We had a great recruiting class and signed one of the best recruits more than a decade. So yeah, I would be worried too.
