I've watched Coach Kill for a long time and he coaches the same way since he was a High School Coach. He'll take a bunch of average players and make them think they can "take on the wordl". Never seen a Coach who demands so much and the players still have the respect they have for him. His most unique trait is that he talks to someone and that person thinks he was one of Coach Kill's best friends. You are in good hands. Stay the course with him!!!!
