I wouldn't trade him for a coach in the rest of the country. That may sound crazy and feel free to rip away, but I consider academics, behavior, and # of wins equally as important in college football and he's improved the program in all 3 phases. That isn't easy to do.
Mason was 12-12 in Big Ten play from 2003-2005. If we finished 5-9 over the next year and a half Kill would be 11-13.
