Gophers football coach Jerry Kill on the celebratory dance moves he displayed Saturday while surrounded by entertained players in the postgame locker room:

"I'm hard on players. I'm a disciplinarian and so forth. If they're going to play hard for you, you've got to show them you're a human being and have fun. They razz me back and forth, and I give them a hard time. I feel that's why we have a good relationship. You can get after somebody, but you've also got to show them you're human every once in a while. I can't dance anyway."
