Well, the first 4 minutes is Grimm thanking sponsors...the next 3 minutes is chatter...players are on campus year around...they get two, three weeks off in May.
Danny Collins is running the same defensive system as all the other DC's for PJ. Danny is a different guy running the system making the decisions. Our defense has depth and versatility.
Danny has 13 years in our system.
Communication is PJ's job....people have to know why decisions are made. Explaining why he does what he does. Biggest component is trust....both ways...without it, won't work.
That's almost half way through....I might pickup the rest later.
