So who's today's coach du jour?

I'm guessing Mike Stoops since his season ended last night.

Anybody still really wanting Mike Stoops? I was not interested from the start. He went Brewster on the bit and ended the year with 4 straight losses including losing to your arch rival by having an EP blocked in the last minute of regulation and to end the 2nd overtime.

Finished the year 7-5 (4-5) in the PAC-10. Beat Iowa at home, so did we. 40-44 at Arizona overall and 27-34 in the PAC 10. Best record ever in 7 years? 8-5. Can some of you please stop pining for Mike Stoops?

Riley? That would be immense.

I just don't see it, though. Guy basically has a lifetime contract at OSU, signed through 2019. Left there once to coach the Chargers, epically failed, and then went back to the cozy arms of the Beavs. Plus, I'm pretty sure he grew up there.

Riley was born in Idaho.

I am not sure Mike Riley would qualify as "immense." I do agree with you though that he is not coming here. He is very comfortable at OSU and that is a nice little contract.
