What a great time last night,
Just thought I'd let you all know, Brewster called that TD to us on Thurs night. Hilarious when I told the guy next to me at the stadium.
A few thoughts:
Terrible referees, both sides, but terrible all around. Should all be fired, when refs decide to take control of the ebbs and flows of a game, anyone who enjoys football should be outraged.
OL gave Weber amazing time, even Jeff Wills who some have decided to berate, great game by the OL.
Stoudemire's drops would have added another 100 yards and at least one TD, come on man!
DLine needs more speed, closing on the QB took forever last night.
I sat in the "alumni association" section with my grandpa's tickets, 50 yd line, great seats, terrible fan support. For everyone getting on the students for leaving early, etc
You should really take a look at what should be the most dedicated fans in the stadium, long time ticket holders etc. THEY DON"T EVEN CHEER FOR THE ROUSER! No noise, no support, ALOT of armchair coaching and quarterbacking, calling Brewster out, calling Weber out, and then half heartingly clapping when a great coaching move or pass from Weber was made.
Really dissapointing.
Great game, the players and coaches deserve alot of credit, i hope they are given it.
On to ILLINOIS!
