This coaching staff fully understands what it takes to win.
 

This stuff is awesome. Seriously, everytime I see something or someone talk about the new staff and what their vision is.. It's clear, concise, and there's even a system and gameplan in place for it.. I fall more and more in love with 'em. Well, in love as much as a fan could love a coaching staff that is.

Anyway.. History shows that those organizations that have a system, a crystal clear vision, and a game plan to achieve said goals, are more likely to succeed that not.

I say, my fellow Golden Gopher fans. It's ok to be optimistic about our football squad.
 


I like what he said about making sure the kid really wants to be here and getting them to accept their role. Bait and switch recruiting doesn't work to well in the long run.
 


Was there a guy under the age of 70 at that speaking engagement?

Your assistants have to be an extension of your head coach and I think we have that in Kill's staff.
 



I just find it ironic that coaches preaching fitness would be so overweight. Walk the walk.

So a speed coach must be able to run a 4.4? A basketball coach must be able to consistently knock down free throws? It's the players "job" to be in shape. It's the coach's job to get them in shape. I would rather see him coach and recruit, you know the things he was hired to do, than go on "The Biggest Loser."

You aren't capable of being a Division I football player, so you shouldn't be watching either.
