three year contract? I wouldn't be surprised if Gruden is going there, but a three year deal makes little sense, except for JG.

Do you think they had feelers out to Gruden and when he indicated he would come, they canned Shannon? The timing seems just a little too pat.

Yes, it had to be basically set up ahead of time. I don't see how you make a hire and have a contract with $$ amounts figured out this fast otherwise.
