Go Gophers!!

In a cold, windy and possibly wet game versus Iowa, I'd love to see Streveler get some plays.

I don't intend to start another QB controversy, but I sometimes wonder if it would help to give Mitch an occasional break while at the same time keeping opposing D’s off balance with a dose or two of Chris? Streveler appears to be a very good run option QB and could make a lot of trouble for certain D’s. Nothing that hasn’t been discussed before but given this thread, thought I’d throw it out there.

I can't see how removing the threat of a deep play-action pass would help keep their safeties from walking up any further into the box. Maybe you were thinking of something else?

I can't decide who's Rivals photo is better, his or Cockran's.

Surprised no one has commented on the impressive photoshop work on the in action shot. Streveler is ripped but he is not THAT ripped. :)

Because Strev can't throw the ball 45 yards in the air?

I just hope all this working out hasn't turned Streveler into something akin to Aaron Rodgers in the Hans and Franz commercial.

Thinking Out of the box - what about putting Strev in the backfield - maybe a quick pitch and give him a run/pass option? no one would be expecting him to pass - might just be able to hit a big play?

Great idea, but that would call for using your imagination. We're talking Limey here.
