Sampson didnt score after the run ended...dont think he ever saw the ball in the final 10 min.

AWFUL coaching! B4 purdue shot the 2 at the end WHY NOT FOUL THE GUY! Make him shoot free throw and even if he makes both we end with the ball with MORE time
 

You feel the need to vent... I get it... but this isn't exactly the agony aunt board. We are all crushed after another heart breaker, but Tubby sucks? for losing against the #3 team in the country... Jesus... get a clue
 

I'll give you this, I'm getting a little weary of Tubby calling timeouts on last-shot situations. These guys have proven not able to get the job done several times in that case so far this season, so it was predictable that they again wouldn't get it done. Other than that, I can't fault the guys effort. They just aren't capable of getting it done. It's par for the course of what has been unbelievably crappy campaign.
 



I don't fault Tubby for calling the timeout. He should have never taken Westbrook out for the last defensive series. He should have left him in there, then you don't need to call the timeout.
 

I'm starting to get the impression that Moses and BGF are the same person.

Foul the guy?! When we were UP one with seconds remaining?! Are you kidding me? If that was Tubby's strategy, I would sound like Moses87 right now!
 

Lack of senior leadership and a good PG are the reasons, IMO, that we choked away multiple winnable games this year. Also, Purdue is so much more talented than we are and have such better athletes. Maybe in a couple of years we will be in their league, but until the athletes and skill level improve, we will have little room for error

This is without a doubt the worst idea I have ever seen posted on Gopherhole in 6 years.
 


Because Devoe slowed down expecting to hear the timeout called. He got a great look. You would've complained if he didn't call a timeout and we didn't get a good look.
