More important than surviving clunk-fest with Badgers was Andre Hollins' tone-setting.

The Gophers are at their best when Andre Hollins is at his, and whatever this team accomplishes over the next month will depend largely on his play. That statement holds true for most teams and their point guard, of course. But Hollins is a natural shooting guard being asked to run an offense as the primary ball handler while also actively looking to score. Some games he's better at that than others.

Go Gophers!!

I'm still super pumped about the win, but let's not start hanging the nat'l title banner just yet. We had an article posted on here earlier this year about how Tubby was as happy as he has been since he has been here and was smiling a lot more, and then we hit our big skid. To quote the Wolf from Pulp Fiction, let's not start sucking each other's %$&#s just yet. There is still work to do, we have some easy games left on the schedule that we can't afford to blow, and some winnable challenges (at least Indiana is on our own court and I think OSU is a little overrated this year) that could really get us seeded in a position where we can make some noise in the tournament. That was a great win, but I don't want a regular season win against our rival to be the high point of the season when it is all said and done.

Nobody does. Missed opportunties at contending for the title reduces us to playing for seeding in the tournament, which isn't bad. There is a lot left to play for, though. We could win one or we could win six. It has to start tomorrow.

My favorite line was "The Gophers looked tighter than yoga pants."
