Most places still have him projected as UDFA or sneaking into day 3 (late round pick). Don't see that changing to be honest and I'd be happy if we took him in the 5th or later.

But yes you technically are correct on him "moving up the board" since coming into workout season he was viewed as an absolute UDFA, so he has moved up to being a possible selection

Having Cedric Thompson and David Cobb in Vikings Purple will be divine.

Spielman may have a pipeline going. The Gophers are right in the Vikings' backyard, and he can keep a much closer eye on potential sleepers.
