per CBS:
College football was tempting fate with a double-digit number of undefeated teams in November. We had to know, entering a Week 10 loaded with fascinating conference matchups, that there was a potential for major shake-up -- and college football did not let us down.
Toledo, Memphis, TCU, Michigan State and LSU all lost for the first time in 2015, shaking up the college football landscape just enough to provide some clarity. In the new CBS Sports 128, five of the six remaining undefeated teams are in the top six with Houston as the lowest-ranked undefeated team at No. 11.
The shake-up started early this week, with a freshman quarterback coming off the bench to lead Northern Illinois to a fourth quarter upset of previously undefeated Toledo on Tuesday night. The loss knocked the Rockets from the top 25 of the CBS Sports 128 and even further back in the Group of Five pecking order.
Alabama's dominant win against LSU in the week's spotlight game bumps the Tide up to No. 3 from No. 6, while the Tigers fell from No. 3 to No. 9. But the Tide-Tigers top 10 flip-flop wasn't the biggest SEC West headline in the CBS Sports 128 this week as Ole Miss fell out of the top 25 after losing to Arkansas in overtime in crazy fashion.
