This makes me incredibly happy. Like many GHers, I am rooting hard for this kid. He's definitely one of my all-time favorite Gophers.

I didn’t watch much of the game, so I don’t know how he played overall.
What I do know is the Jets suck. The fact that Trevor Siemian is still getting an NFL paycheck shows how hard up the league is for backup QBs with a pulse.

Sounds like a good night for him. I couldn't bring myself to watch a Jets game and my only interest in most non-Vikings NFL games is "what ex Gophers are playing and how much will they be playing." But, I was very curious to hear how he would do once he got some playing time and it sounds like he did well. It would be great to see him have a long NFL career.
