Better shoot a thousand shots a day all summer.

I concur - If his shot does not improve I don't think he will see as much time next year.

Carter didn't appear to be a major scorer coming out of JC, he was more of a rebounding/defensive athlete in the mold of DJ. I'm not sure how many of us expected him to be a big scorer. I think he did about what I expected him to do. The fact that Devron wasn't the team's best player was much more of a surprise to many of us, I think.

Agreed, I heard that Carter was more of a utility player than a true scorer.

i agree i think the question should be about devron, he was no where near the hype that he had coming in

His JC coach set him up unfairly with the Quincy Lewis comparisons. Carter is a quality Big Ten depth player.

Bostick should bolt because he could be a nice player in a mid-major conference. He could pick splinters or play a year at a smaller school and finally be "the man" and maybe get a shot at playing overseas.

And let's not forget the guys a sophmore. he may improve yet.

As a senior, PC is going to be playing DJ's role full time. If he can defend like DJ, he'll get a lot of minutes the next 2 years.

I like Carter He is really athletic and can get to the hole well.

Do you really? I have a hard time seeing it with Mwebake (sp?) , White, Williams, Sampson, Iverson, etc., I just don't see him getting more minutes unless he can hit that 8-10 footer. Maybe I have too high of expectations of the new guys coming in.
