Got to be about a 1% chance if we lose and Iowa wins creating a multiple team tiebreaker.

Nebraska, MN and Iowa. Both would have won all games against Nebraska and MN would have beaten Iowa.

USC, MN and Iowa would have MN beating both teams

I think it would only get wonky if we were in a 3 way tie with NW and Iowa as NW split with Iowa and beat us.

As long as NW is not in the tie-breaker, we should be fine.
 

We are in. Either one of Nebraska or Iowa are guaranteed to either finish at 7-13 or lower, and we would hold tiebreakers over either of these teams. That win at Nebraska was critical. If Nebraska wins, Iowa is 6-14. If Iowa wins, the both teams are 7-13 and MN holds the round robin tiebreakers

Sweet! Someday, through tears of joy, I can regale my grandkids with stories of the glorious 2024-25 Gophers basketball season where they heroically scratched and clawed their way into the Big Ten tournament's Wednesday games.

Yep, all that is left at this point is to finalize the final spot and then see how the seeding shakes out.

We are in for sure, but could still end up in any number of different spots seed wise depending on what happens this weekend.
 




Basically, it comes down to Iowa or Nebraska winner getting the final spot

When the Gophers are dancing on the floor Sunday afternoon with their ticket punched, me, MNVCGUY, GOPHER NYC, and johnnyboy are going to be making a list of all the non-true fans that didn't believe.

And then we are going to the bar and get stupid wasted!

It's always good to have a Plan B, just in case

EDIT: If that does happen, I might get puke drunk for the first time in a long time
