went to back to back bowls and got fired just 5 years after a rose bowl
 

Great hire. Will make Illinois a tougher recruiting area especially for Iowa and Iowa State.

Because he was a capital P Prick to his players. Glad he got fired.
 


I think it's a good hire by them. Never really saw how he fit the SEC, but I think he'll do well there. He's a massive a-hole, but I think he can coach.

So a talented coach like that obviously must have bounced back after being fired at Illinois, right?

You trash zook. Zook is the second best coach Illinois has had in my lifetime.
