Tuesday's Good
1. St. John's over Georgetown (now the question is, will the Big East even get 8 bids?)
2. South Florida over Cincinnati (Bearcats looking less & less like a viable at-large candidate)
3. Wake Forest over Maryland (Terps still on the bubble, but this one hurts)
Tuesday's Bad
1. Clemson over Virginia (who else wishes Gophs played different foe in ACC/Big 10 Challenge?)
2. New Mexico over Utah (Alfie's squad now at least in the conversation)
3. Ohio State over Iowa (beat Northwestern on Saturday & Buckeyes are locked in)
4. Oklahoma State over Kansas State (Cowboys inch oh so close to a bid)
5. Radford over High Point (Tubby's alma mater bows out in Big South quarterfinals)
Wednesday's Wish List
1. North Carolina over Virginia Tech, 6 p.m. (ESPN)
2. NC State over Boston College, 6 p.m.
3. Georgia Tech over Miami-Florida, 6:30 p.m.
