Monday's Results
UConn 73, West Virginia 62

Tuesday's Slate
Rutgers at #53 Seton Hall, 6 p.m. (ESPN Full Court)

The Skinny: UConn continues to work its way back into the field, picking up another signature win, this one over West Virginia. With the #1 SOS in the country, probably all the Huskies (7-8 Big East) need to do to be included is finish 9-9 in the Big East. ... Seton Hall (6-8 Big East) likely needs to win out to have a fighter's chance at an at-large bid heading into the Big East Tournament. The Pirates' remaining schedule says it's doable. ... tonight at home vs. Rutgers, Marquette at home (Saturday), @ Rutgers (March 4) and @ Providence (March 6).

SS,

What will be the consequences if Illinois loses tonight?

Are they nearing the bubble?

Thanks.

Illini

Yes, if Illinois loses tonight they will be on the bubble watch next week, no matter what they do vs. the Gophers.

However, if they win 2 this week, they're pretty much golden with 11 Big Ten wins along with key nonconference victories over Vandy and @ Clemson.
