Figure we could start an ongoing thread about the bubble games each week and who we want to win.

Tonight's results:
Kansas over KSU 59-53 - Good for us.
Baylor over Iowa St. 79-64 - Good for us.
Belmont over Stetson 106-93 - Bad for us. (won't really do much to build Belmont's resume though)

Tomorrow's bubble games:
Minn vs. OSU - Go Gophers of course.
Alabama vs. Florida - Go Gators.
Oklahoma vs. Texas - Go Sooners.
Seton Hall vs. St. Johns - Go St. Johns.

Wednesday's bubble games:
UConn vs. Depaul - Go Depaul.
Cinci vs. Providence - Go Providence.
Indiana vs. Northwestern - Go Hoosiers (ugh).
Miami vs. North Carolina - Go North Carolina.
Saint Louis vs. Richmond - Go Richmond.
Illinois vs. Purdue - Not as clear cut, but IMO we want Purdue to win.

Feel free to add to this thread and/or update it as I am far too lazy to keep up with it myself. For what it's worth, Lunardi has us in as team number 65 (so we're in a play-in game).

The last minute of that game made me want to pull my eyes out. Neither team seemed to want the game. Missed free throws, careless turnovers by both sides, blown layup opportunities, etc. etc. Bottom line, though, good result.

Yeah, Kansas was really trying to give that game away but Kansas State sure didn't take advantage.

I don't think TCU over UNLV was good for us.

Yeah, but they still might just be arriving on the bubble. They're 5-4 in the Mountain West, but more importantly, they played terrible in non-conference play. They beat Virginia, but lost to Norfolk State, Ole Miss, Nebraska, USC, and Tulsa.

Another thing is if UNLV can't get their conference's automatic bid they take another spot, cause they will get an at-large bid

Did you hear if Coach Buzz made it out of the state of WV alive after his two step across mid court?

He's safe for now. Has apologized. If WVa wasn't running off to a lesser conference I'd be looking forward to playing there again soon... not great judgment by Buzz, but I'm over it already.
