One of the best Minnesota games I’ve seen is when the Gophers slammed Ohio State in Columbus in 2000. Now that the Gophers have the Little Brown Jug, what are the chances that Minnesota dumps both Ohio State and Michigan in the same year?

I think Minnesota has a shot to do it. The Gophers play host to Ohio State on Nov. 15. Yes, the Buckeyes are good, but they look like they could be beatable this year—especially by this Minnesota squad. That visit from OSU will come during a rugged four-game run to close the season: Iowa; Ohio State; at Nebraska; at Wisconsin.

I think believing plays a major role. Set high goals and strive for them. The movie Hoosiers (true story) is the underdog's recipe manual.

Searching back, it looks like the last time we beat Ohio State and Michigan in the same year was 1940. Granted, we really didn't ever play OSU on a regular basis until the lase 60s.

I would prefer to think about how we can beat Northwestern and so on before you get so far a head of ourselves.

I will say i never thought we would beat Michigan at the big house but we did so keep it going and stay focused

If we win through OSU .... Well, I don't even know what I would do. It would somehow involve my penis. A lot of drinks. A rough next day - maybe even work from home on Monday.

Winning through OSU would take a few years off my life.

Well...when we win, whatever I do will definitely involve my penis. It's not like it's detachable and I'll leave it home. <- King Missle reference there if anyone wants to look it up.
