"Is he hitting the wall?" Doyle said. "This is his first Big Ten season, and he came out guns blazing. Is he starting to wear? I'm not in practice, so I don't know. But it's definitely something to question. Now the team is going through a tough stretch. Every team goes through a tough stretch, so how will he respond? I think it's a big character check for Trevor."

Is he at his peak? Fair question, he may be. And that's fine for the gophers, not good for his pro future.

I said the exact same thing in a thread earlier this week. Ever since those missed dunks in the Purdue game I have started to question how he will finish this season. He has got to step it up for his team and for himself.

Trevor's tweet:

"I've been hearing some ppl think I've hit the wall after the last couple games. Its probably the motivation I need 2 get back in beast mode"

Good to here Trevor!

"RT @GopherHole Big Ten Network's Tim Doyle questions whether @TMbakwe32 is hitting a wall http://bit.ly/f0gkzA.... I needed this"

It's a fair question; he hasn't looked the same.

How much motivation does a guy need to stay in beast mode?
