if any of us had that kind of performance, we'd we fired in a heartbeat, and for good reason. Rewarding failure?? the program peaked two years ago at 7-6 with mostly mason's recruits. sad sad sad
 

He's gotta go, and that's all there is to it.
 


He should be fired now. That record is inexcusable. I am so mad I could just spit. Man do I not like Brewster.
 

His Big Ten record is now 6-20...

That is also Maturi's Big Ten record for Big Ten play with his own hire. IF Brewster must go, Maturi must go. This situation continues to head south. The consequences are approaching "end of the line" proportions. This is a very sad situation for any long time Gopher Season Ticket holder. I won't give up my tickets for as long as I can get to the games, but, it certainly is incredibly discouraging. I was afraid that I would never see them play in their own stadium on campus again. Now, here we are, in only the second season, and things look as bleak as I have EVER seen for the longer-term future of Golden Gopher Football. Today, it feels as though we will NEVER even see the top six spot in Big Ten play again. Getting a new coach will be a start...but...we are starting from such a tough spot. Will we EVER win a border-battle game again? Maturi has seriously messed this thing up. And I don't think he even cares.
 

If he isn't fired I think there will be an all-out mutiny by the fans. The stadium will be filled with about 10,000 Gophers fans and the rest are empty seats and visitors.

His record is extremely pathetic and there is just no way to justify it this many years in.

They cannot get a 1st time coach next, it MUST be someone established who knows how to run a college program.
 

I've watched all your games this year and I thought it was easily the best you've played. Brew seems really close to getting the guys to buy in and start grabbing some wins.
 



If the past two weeks are indicative of how this season is going to go.. We are going to get BLOWN out against OSU and Iowa. When I say blown out, I mean 55-0 will look like a close game. It's beginning to look like PSU isn't the team everyone thought they were, but it won't matter because if our players can't play better in the longest running rivalry game.. how in the hell are they going to play against the weakest 'rivalry' we have in Penn State?

I'm still planning on going to as many games as possible.. but it'll be hard, that's for sure.

Yeah.. You've been trying to kill whatever credibility you had with your posts this afternoon.. I think it's officially dead.
