No APR requiredHell Yeah!!!
Feels good!
Can we get a Michigan do-over?
SROP GOING TO CLASS!!!No APR required
Can we get better refs? Can we get a Michigan do-over?
And another field goal against N Carolina. Could be 7-2, even 8-1. Those of us who said we wouldn't make a bowl game were WRONG (I'm happy to admit). This was a big accomplishment for a team with a new QB in a weird new no-divisions B10. Congrats to players and coaches - and PJ is becoming a grizzled veteran who comes through just about every year with a bowl team. Can we get a Michigan do-over?
And announcers? Can we get better refs?
Nebby might not become eligible at allThis may happen to be true because of game time quirks, but if you'd have said after the Michigan game that we would be bowl eligible before Nebraska is, no one would have believed it. Yet it is true.
Could easily finish 3rd in conference. BIG accomplishment.Beginning to like Coach's game by game it's a 0-0 championship season for whoever's up next.
Three more Saturday's to improve our stock. Really liking PSU at home. The Scarlet Ks are trending poorly and Red Horde to the East don't look as good as even a few weeks ago.
Enjoy the moment and prepare for the next championship. 9 wins are improbable to be sure but certainly are not an unachievable fantasy on this fine Saturday afternoon.
Progress. Ski U Mah!
Needs to be a banner we can hang for thatCould easily finish 3rd in conference. BIG accomplishment.
Bowls are the same as last year but swap Mayo for Vegas. And the former PAC teams stick with those tie-ins (assuming any are eligible besides Oregon in the playoffs…which is a crazy thought). So basically, after the playoffs you’ve got Orlando, Tampa, Charlotte, Nashville, NYC, Phoenix, and Detroit. What are the bowl tie ins? Assuming that at least 2 B10 teams make playoffs correct? Maybe 3?
I kinda want to take the family to NYC ... kinda, but that turf is ass.Anything that isn't Phoenix, NYC or Detroit, please.
You’re right about those except the SEC and B1G rotate the Vegas Bowl and NW had it last year, meaning the B1G has the Mayo Bowl in Charlotte this year instead. For my money, I’d guess that 1 more Minnesota win probably locks up Mayo or Music City given how many 6 win teams you could have (Michigan, MSU, Maryland, Nebraska, Wisconsin are all possible). 2 wins and almost certainly 3 wins probably gets you to Tampa.Bowls for the Big Ten for this season include:
ReliaQuest was Outback before, GameAbove replaced Quick Lane and Rate was shortened from Guaranteed Rate. I don’t know why they don’t just change the name to the Cactus Bowl at this point.
- Citrus Bowl - Orlando
- Rate Bowl - Phoenix
- Las Vegas Bowl
- Music City Bowl - Nashville
- Pinstripe Bowl - New York
- GameAbove Sports Bowl - Detroit
- ReliaQuest Bowl - Tampa
The Rose Bowl is going to serve as a quarterfinal. I'm wondering if a conference sends several teams to the playoffs, it leaves some bowls needing teams, resulting in non-tie-in appearances happening
