Saint Bobby is totally ineffective as a coach now. FSU has become a middle of the road ACC team at best and has been for the last 6 or 7 seasons at least. That said, there is no way in hell he would be able to attract the talent he had at FSU, prior to their slide into mediocrity, to Minnesota. He is just a glorified administrator/coach and the "real" coaches on that team are the coordinators. He's had a hard time beating out teams like UCF and South Florida for recruits, much less being able to compete with the Gators.
 

How will Bobby be able to explain to potential recruits that he might not live until they graduate?
 


Yes, and then we could hire Sid as the A.D. and change our nickname to Senile U.
 

Who else assumed he'd died based on the subject?
 

Watching the Florida/Florida State game, I was actually surprised to see Bobby make his way across the field to shake hands with Meyer. I'm in my 50s and I was shocked to see how old Bobby had gotten. It looked like he needed a walker.

Great coach in his heyday.
