Bishop Sankey looking at gophers!

Yeah, Brewster should have a great shot at landing this kid. His film looks pretty solid. Washington State is beyond terrible, and with him taking a visit here, and the Gophers as his only other current offer, Brew should be able to capitalize.

Best named recruit I've seen since Barkevious Mingo.

I am curious why he only has a Washington State offer thus far if he is a legit 4 star. It will be interesting to see what Rivals rates him then for comparison.

Without being too confrontational, can I ask why every post you make is putting down the program, even in a thread like this that is supposed to be exciting?

I also ask that you not take this to be confrontational. Now, I don't personally know anything about GopherGod's posting history, and I trust you when you say he's been negative in the past, but I must tell you that I find nothing negative about wondering why a four star recruit has no offers other than Washington State. In fact, it would be rather negligent for a recruiter/coach not to ask the same question. Don't you agree?

I guess I don't see how asking this question is "putting down the program." First, I didn't mention anything about the program or comment on the program at all in my statement and second this player is not even a part of the program at this point in time. I was just curious why a player that appears to be ranked highly according to Scout has not received more BCS interest. For instance, does this player have academic or off the field issues that may help explain this. I admittedly don't know so that is why I was asking. I thought it was a valid question to ask since 4 star running backs don't grow on trees.

A lot of time BCS Programs who aren't elite will offer kids like this well earlier than the big boys. The big boys will chase after the 5 star kids and then make an offer to a kid like this.

It's a fair question because scout shows he's camped at ND and OSU without coming away with offers. Although it should be noted that those teams might already have a RB and not recruiting the position.

+1 Ohio State is loaded at running back. The Buckeyes aren't taking an RB unless he is significantly better than your average ultra-talented blue chipper. Not sure what ND's depth looks like at RB.

It is a fair question, but he committed early so that could effect his list thus far, like Jimmy G's unimpressive offer list. Plus Brew seems to have a knack for identifying RB's before the college masses do (see LMJ and Huff), unfortunately he hasn't closed the deal on some of them yet.
