Big XII goes to 9 game Conf. Schedule

Though I'm against an odd-gamed conference schedule, I think it is inevitable that the Big10 will follow suit. It will help scheduling in the long run, but I'm not liking the idea of a six-game home schedule some years. It will be very tough for the Gophers to have a seven-game home schedule every season.

If a majority of BCS conferences start doing this, will there be increased pressure to increase the overall schedule to 13 or 14 games?

There are only so many home games to be had. Will there be enough to go around? Neutral site games will probably increase i suppose.
