Was told by ticket office I'd get 'em late last week or early this week. It's Thursday and still nothin'.

Anyone get theirs yet?

I haven't received mine either. I am a donor of another university and I am getting real worried I may not get the tickets.

I got the same message about two weeks ago saying they had not yet receivd them from the B1G office. The cage will get rattled tomorrow. I get mine through a third party donor and need to spread them out to five different states before the tourney begins. We are running out of time.

High demand, they are sold out, may be slowing them down.

I am turning the screws tomorrow if they don't respond the proper way. They should at least let u know by now if there are other people in front. Not right. Had them 3 weeks before last year. Granted things may be different but still should have them.

I don't know how Minnesota does it but where I went for tickets processes your application right away and then refunds you if you don't get the tickets. So to be this close to the tournament is very concerning.

Tix...

MF...let us know your results of screw turning...any answers?

Nothing surprises me with the ticket office. I followed up Friday and I got a completely different story from what I was told the first time. Now they said they'll be sent out early this week. I hope so, the frickin' tournament is next week.

Inept.

I know for a fact two people who selected after me in the seat selection process received better seats than I did for the Big Ten Tournament. All I got for my troubles when I pointed this out during a follow-up phone call was, "If that's the case, we're sorry for the error."

Selection, I just called and got the "they will go out later this week and you will have them early next week" line. When I told them the tournament started on Thursday and I wanted to pick them up in person, she did a little more research to find out they actually went out tis morning via UPS. Hopefully in hand tomorrow afternoon or Wednesday at the latest.

As far as pecking order for tickets, donors were first, and Gopher points were next within giving categories, so it is possible someone with a lower points total could get better seats if they were higher in the donor category. Trying to give them the benefit of the doubt here. Hosing long time season ticket holders is not the way to operate a ticket office. The thread sounds like we are not alone in inconsistent ticket office antics.

I was told point blank that tickets were doled out strictly in order of Gopher points. No mention whatsoever of donors. At the very minimum they should have their student workers prepared for exactly these types of questions, but of course they don't do that. Why bother (tongue in cheek)? All it does is tick off their ticket-buyers. I clearly was dealing with a student who had no idea what to say to me, or how to go about making sure she was giving me the correct answers to my questions.

Looking for a little advice here. What's the best way about getting tickets to just the gopher games in the tournament? I realize there are different sessions, etc. Stubhub has crazy high prices for tickets for the entire tournament and I wouldn't want to buy tickets for a particular session right now without knowing where the gophers land. FYI, I live in Des Moines and would be driving over.

I did email them on Saturday and they responded first thing this morning and said the tickets were mailed out on Friday so I should get them today or no later then tomorrow. Granted this is not Minnesota's ticket office but people are probably behind because of the sellout. They sure don't like to give out much information and very few schools want to go into that. I saw information on IU's sight and a little bit on Wisconsin's but otherwise nothing. Funny too how Wisconsin every year has their seating sections mentioned really early on in the process and everyone else acts like they don't know where they will be. maliksealy, you don't want to go down the stubhub road for tickets because it is nuts. My advice is to be scalp. Yes, you can get screwed with fake tickets but that is unlikely. Try to buy from people who are really fans who just can't go or want to unload their tickets rather then professional scalpers. Without going into to much detail you can usually tell those ones. Ha.

It always looked like tickets were plentiful in Indy and the surrounding environment made it easy for buyers and sellers to connect. Won't be as easy in Chicago with everything a little more spread out. Demand will be higher than ever this year, making an excellent market for tickets if you look to recoup some of the cost. We have not usually stayed for the championship and sold tickets for a little less than face. We will probably stay this year if we get a good match up.

Our ticket office is lame, but I do think the B1G office is at least partially responsible for this one. We did have our seat sections identified when we were invited to order, so all schools should have had that too. At this point I will believe it when I see the tickets.

I never ordered any and just got them today.

6 days until I leave for Chicago, and still no tickets.

As Vince Lombardi once said, "What in the hell is going on out here?"

Yesterday's weather could not have helped. Our UPS guy did not even show up at the office. If they told you they shipped, they should be able to get you a tracking number to find out where they are. If I don't get word that mine are here today, I will rattle the cage and not get off the phone until they tell me where they are. They did tell me Monday afternoon that they shipped Monday morning, so I am optimistic I will see or actually hear they are in someone's hands today. I made a soft promise that I would Fed Ex them to friends elsewhere on Thursday. Brutal. I really did think things had changed in the ticket office. Not so. Not so.

Edit: One set arrived this morning by UPS. Still waiting on a second set. We are in 207 row 3. Not sure how good the seats are, but we avoided the nosebleeds.

Tickets finally just arrived via UPS. We're in 206, row 1. We were the same place...row 1, level 2, corner section (except in Conseco) in 2010 when we won 3 games and went to the championship game. I feel a repeat.

Does everone have their tickets?
Where is everybody sitting?
Our group finally got ours-tpo row of 105
