My California math says 102 games below .500. Is that logical for a top conference?

My California math says 102 games below .500. Is that logical for a top conference?

I assume this includes within the conference. Since we have had between 3-5 teams in the top 25 during those years, lots of losses by lower tier against upper in Big Ten play.

I wonder about out of conference games versus top 25 and include the post season. Compare to other conferences for a real test.
