I don't know who is going to join the big ten, but how do you think the divisions would break down if another team was added?? I'm assuming Pitt will be added for this example, but pick whoever you want.

East Division
Minnesota
Iowa
Wisconsin
Illinois
Northwestern
Purdue

West Division
Michigan
Ohio State
Penn State
Michigan State
Indiana
Pittsburgh

These divisions are based on geography. Can you imagine the big ten west, wow.
