Off the bat, I like Texas Tech over NW, Illinois & Wisconsin outright.

I'd lean towards MSU & PSU covering.

Have no feeling towards Iowa, Michigan & Ohio State right now.

Michigan State getting 10.5 is surprising to me. I get the Alabama lovefest, but Sparty has earned more respect than that. Plus, the Big Ten has won outright in five of the last six Cap One Bowls vs. the mighty SEC.

I'll take the 10.5.

I'd stay away from this game all together. Nebraska already blasted Washington once this year, so you never know if they're going to be "up" for it, considering they were so close to the Fiesta Bowl. With 50-60% of these bowl games, it really comes down to who cares more.
