I very occasionally visit other teams' boards, as in once or twice every few months, usually to see what they think about significant events in Big Ten football/basketball. I went on a Michigan board after we played them in the Big Ten tourney this year to see what they thought about barely pulling one out over 9th-in-conference Minnesota, and was surprised to see most of them saying that they merely took care of business against a lesser opponent, instead of the "We were outplayed for 90% of the game and if Evan Smotrycz misses that three, we lose the game" that I was expecting/hoping for, the outcome of the game never seemed to be in question to them from what they were saying. I also went to an Illinois board to see what they thought of Bruce Weber getting fired, I checked a couple other boards to see what they thought about Mbakwe's season-ending injury during the Dayton game this past season, I went to Buckyville once after our basketball game in Madison, as I was only able to see the last 10-15 minutes of the second half, and apparently we had a significant lead that game and there was some questionable/inconsistent officiating (which the Wisconsin fans seemed to agree with actually). I also went to the VCU board when it was first being talked about that we would be poaching Norwood Teague away from them.
I wish there was a message board for Big Ten athletics in general, because I really enjoy civil discussion with fans of other teams, to see what their expectations are for their team in the upcoming season, what they think about my team, the conference as a whole etc.
Like I said at the start of this post, I very rarely go to other teams' message boards, and I don't have accounts on any of them, but it can be interesting to see what the other team's fans think about the game that your team just played/is playing against them. (Nebraska fans expressed sympathy for us during that whole "fumble for a first down" thing that happened on 3rd down in our game against them in 2011, said that the Huskers didn't deserve that first down.)
SS, for someone who is as into college basketball as a whole as you are, I think you might enjoy checking other boards from time to time to see what they think of the various happenings around the country in basketball.
