For $19.2M! If this has already been posted I apologize. This has got me thinking if the arms race is really worth it. I mean, we at least have a Pro football team here. BB has got to be the highest paid state employee in AR by far.

That works out to just over $3.5 per year. That's about where the contract had previously been reported and it's not in the ballpark of Saban's contract. I don't see the big news here.

Top coaches cost a lot of money. It's just how the game works in a big revenue sport.

What makes it even more amazing is that he is one of the higher paid coaches in all the NCAA.
