Apparently these two teams only started playing 43 years ago, but last I checked 39+18+2>>43...

I guess I'm glad I studied math at the U.

The series totals are correct, but they first played in 1907. They played 21 times before 1970. Found that on Google in under a minute.

That may explain why they run up the scores so high. Leading 51-3 against Indiana right now, the coaches are probably saying, "keep going guys, we are only up by 2 touchdowns!"
