Go Gophers!!

So the fourth or fifth best job in the B1G is still better than the Cleveland Browns job.

I don't think working for the Browns gives you the best job security.

They traded away his starting RB and picked up a guy off waivers to replace him (good move, but it isn't going to equate to wins now).
Their first and second string QBs were injured most of the year.

And they fire the first year coach for not winning. The entire front office was playing for 2016 and they fired the coach for not winning now.

Maybe he saw how dysfunctional the Browns were.

"The Cleveland Browns fired their coach after one season. Now they're sweeping out their front office.

Owner Jimmy Haslam announced Tuesday that CEO Joe Banner will step down in the next two months and general manager Michael Lombardi is leaving the team.

It's yet another stunning development for a franchise that has undergone nearly constant change in the past 15 years."

Agreed. It just illustrates the level of dysfunction in that organization.

Gary has seen the low moral character of Barry A. He is now fully aware that the rumors of BA are now fact. Bad spot to be in if you are a moral man like Gary.

This is awesome. May the wrath of the coach-looking-elsewhere come down on those dirty rats to the East, who have long used up their allotment of luck. We saw first-hand what the coach-looking-elsewhere does to recruiting, right Glen Mason? Right Tubby Smith?
