Away Game tickets

Per Gophersports.com:

"Tickets for 2009 away football games will go on sale Monday, July 13th at 9:00am.
Only 2009 Football Season Ticket Holders will be able to purchase away game tickets."

Sorry if this was posted earlier and I missed it, but I had originally heard an earlier date so thought it was worth sharing this information here.

If season ticket holders don't buy them, do they go onsale to the general public? It's stupid if we just send them back!

I am sure that they will. I think the policy is evolving as they incorporate the whole Gopher Points system into everything. I assume that season ticket holders will have a window to request tickets, those requests will be filled based on Gopher Point standing and then the balance will be offered to others.
